Thank you so much!!! I have to learn how to use auto desk inventor for one of my classes but my teacher won’t really explain it well. Now I know the basics :D
This video has packed a ton of useful information in one place. It’s the best instructional inventor video that I have ever seen. Thanks for posting!! Jim
Appreciating your work here! Gave me a great overview on Inventor and how to use all the tools. If you want to get in to Inventor - This is the perfect introduction
After using Fusion for some time and now seeing this I can say that those are really similar to each other. If You used one of those then You can basically use both.
Thank you so much for this tutorial!! Honestly I was afraid and with difficulties to use this software and you helped me a lot! Thank you for your pronunciation too. Frequently people talk too much fast and I can't understand what they are saying, because english is not my first language and I have to read the manual or learn by myself, so thank you again!
You can really hear the PC rev when the video played at the end😂 Great video, been looking to get into Inventor from AutoCAD and Revit, got a lot of work to do.
This was extremely helpful... Thank you for making this video! I am new to Inventor, but I see this very much resembles SolidWorks! Can I export/import part files to edit/use/assemble in Solidworks and vice versa?
In, the process of forming a program in 3dprinting-machine, fusing the architecture design with the construction, of engineering it's on the template to transfer to the 3-d printing computer program.
Hello... question: Do you know of a good way to import Maya files? Exporting them as DXFs has only resulted in bizarre imports (e.g., pieces out of their proper places, measurements increased by a factor of >2, etc.). Thanks :)
Instead of having to manually type a dimension after sizing an object, can you get the software to default to grid snapping so the dimension always lands on a whole number?
Dear Sir, i go to the laser cutting guy and he told me i do not have 3d laser it is only 2d , and he needs files in DXF so how to export the 3d designs to 2D designs in DXF
Wow I'm so new at all this...I have to ask this question. I've always been kind of creative and have had many ideas but I want to start inventing. Of course I have to design this and that, I'm learning Python and Anduino as I feel this can help, but this autodesk inventor....I don't have a spare $3,000 to $6000 or so lol so is there any other way for me to start learning and using this program? Udemy has some tutorials, but it mentions that I must have autodesk inventor 2021 or a newer version. Can anyone please help? I've got so much to learn and study.
Hey I've been having troubled modeling my threads (as apposed to just a texture change) and I was wondering if you have experience with this. I have tried to get an add on for it (something with oranges is the name) but they stopped supporting 2021.
also how to customize or to adjust the appearance of the ribbon in " inventor" because the demention numbers was very small and i couldn't find how to make bigger numbers ! NONSENSE
Thank you for commenting, you are correct! This video is for meant for someone learning to create and assembly separate parts for the first time. How would you have approached modeling this in inventor, with a more advanced workflow ?
Shows me error when trying to extrude. Exact the same way as you are doing it but with a circle only, interestingly it showsit correct how it would look like when finnished, then click to finnish.. Error.... Over and over again I tried to change this.. Made a sketch finnished with alot of holes in it.. Will not extract the holes or the original.. This is p.... me off.. And I can do this in Rhino in a few seconds.. WHY is inventor so strangely overcomplicated with simple operations? I need to to it in Invetor since I am making an assembly..
Hello sir, Your videos are really helpful would like to ask are you using license copy of inventor or you are using student version. Does it ok to use student version to upload videos on you tube
On drawing, my part keeps the appearence from the 3d mode (color and surface), how can I change it? I just would like as it is in your video... (18:44 min)

Interesting. But it's simply not how experienced inventors conceive and draw parts. So pedestrian!
Thank you for commenting, you are correct! This video is for meant for someone learning to create and assembly separate parts for the first time. How would you have approached modeling this in inventor, with a more advanced workflow ?
@@EducationPublic My comment wasn't about this video in paticular but Inventor's pedantic protocols.
Lack of time tags
yeoo why this guy talkin bout peg toy and 6 inches yo nahhhh😳

Indoor pool lol
You need to work on not pausing and being a quick thinker really annoying to watch and trust what your saying when you can hardly say what a shape is
i don't like the way you explain , to be honest with you !
Inches = dislike.
Learned this in school but didnt learn it all had to figure things out myself just hard to create difficult shapes

If you named the rectangular objects "Wall" instead of "Side" and used different colors, there'd be less confusion. Good video.
