most kids now a days are missing out on great "live" music these days. so glad I grew up in a generation where live instruments and raw talent mattered.
Fuck 'em I say .. really don't give a shit of some young snot would rather look at some other snot pushing play on a laptop while a million lighting fixtures swing around and blind them every three seconds. I'll just keep listening to great music made by humans while they drown in mediocrity and chliche.

Plenty of young people still go to shows, it's just not the majority. Most young peopel liek pop but I've been to 3 metal/hardcore shows this year in Dallas and it's was mostly people in their 20s like me, from what I could see.
Why is the bass almost unheard? it's a great performance! Thats it... I'm going to remaster the audio on this and repost. Also, Alan Cage is one hell of a drummer.

@MultiUnreal yeah I'm so backlogged due to the constant storms last few weeks. There's another great performance with a new 2nd guitarist, so in the meantime, look up Quicksand Live At Vinegar Hill Studios.. they do a few songs. Sounds great.

I tested it out on new Presonus speakers and even though it LOOKS strange on a spectrum analyser, it sounds as clear as one of my facts does in a crowded restaurant.
Their latest album is genious...but live....not sure...missing 1 guitar for sure!!
That's because their lead guitar player got arrested for shoplifting at a pharmacy right before their first big comeback show and was then kicked out of the band.

Are you deaf or just listening on some shitty cell phone? ... the Mix is ALL bass, with plenty of guitars. If anything turn the overhead mics above the drums down a bit and take the reverb down a notch or three on the lead vocals.
relax joe sound engineer. A good mix will work on various listening devices.
@@panop1725 true, but it's not a good mix. I haven't been able to understand what the singer is saying on any of these songs yet. Too much reverb muddying up the vox. Probably sounds cool live, but doesn't translate well to us here on the interwebs.

The bass is there, it's just got a LOT of fuzz and compression on it.
