@@fzone2045 this version of Nagamasa was by far my favorite too. Hell, he was one of the best written characters in the game as far as I’m concerned. At his core it’s clear that he’s a very righteous guy and just a good person all around but he thinks he’s a piece of crap because he’s torn between choosing honor or love and the choice eats at him. His story mode in this game was one of my favorites.

Historically, no (and more tragic) Oichi dies with Katsuie after Shizugatake and burnt theirself at their castle and her daughters distributed to some daimyos, only Cha Cha being Hideyoshi’s concubine and then died in Osaka Campaign :(
Faisal Mahfuz yeah I know but I meant that I wished that the ending in this video could’ve been how there life turned out, rather then oichi committing suicide with katsuie, although I understand why she did that
It also helps that Nagamasa had amazing characterization in this game. He's flawed like everybody is but at his core he's an honest, kind, loyal, and devoted individual and he probably is one of the best written characters in this game imo.
Real life Romeo and Juliette story. :') Nagamasa one of my favorite characters. And was the first character that I had hard time to defeat when I was still try to learn how to play the game. No matter what I was. Nagamasa always killed me he was too good and too strong.
That fight is so cool! I loved how they used the river currents to create a maze that you had to double back through in order to first get all of the outposts and then a long stretch of fighting before you reached the enemy base, but the enemy could just ambush your base and outposts at a moment's notice by using the currents to their advantage. It was such a great early fight and really showed you how the enemy could have a very strong advantage even when the number of troops and officers was even.
This video is one of the only things that keeps me from going nuts. I’ve just insulted my good friend without even realising it - and it drove her to tears. We bode each other farewell, everything’s been good but the one thing that makes me angry so much. And this story, I can’t start but to thank the author for this complication
Haha no. Historically Liu Bei was afraid of Shangxiang. She wouldn't let him touch her either and she kept her bodyguards with her at all times while in Shu. The rotk novel would have you believe they loved each other and that she killed herself after Liu Bei's death but that's bogus. Historically, she left Shu on her own a couple years after the marriage and was welcomed back to Wu with no problems. Also, Liu Bei was a huge jackass historically so it's no wonder she didn't like him, that and he was more than 30 years her senior.
nagamasa and oichi's daughters married to prominent daimyos of sengoku jidai... the oldest chacha became concubine of toyotomi hideyoshi, ohatsu married kyogoku takatsugu, and gou married tokugawa hidetada....
You cannot refuse my insistence of this being the canon story for him. Also I miss SW2's english dub a lot; they should've stayed and given proper direction.

Best version of him in these games. Best voice. One of the best characters in this particular game too.
They really nail his voice acting. I even prefer his eng version than jpn.

Nagamasa's story in SW2 is similar to Dong Bai's story in DW9. Both of them conquer their enemies but then it turns out to be just a dream.

Yeah. That romance was what made me play get through Nagamasa's story. It was just very sweet, because of how devoted they were to each other
