- A fancy way to present your simply cooked chicken and rice.
INGREDIENTS:
For chicken marinade:
Chicken. 700g
tandoori masala 2tbsp
Chili powder. 1tsp
salt to taste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil half cup
For Gravy:
Onion one medium size
Garlic 2tbsp
Ginger 1tbsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Chili powder 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt. to taste
Coriander powder 1tsp
Heavy cream 250ml
For Rice:
Basmati Rice. 2 cups
Chicken stock (salted) 4cups
Oil 2tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Onion chopped half
Green chilies 3-4
bay leaves 2-3
Cardamom powder 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
For garnising:
Fried onion
Roasted almonds
Cilantro.
