This section destroyed my feet, walking in 35' heat on Tarmac just about cooked them. It's seldom mentioned by other youtubers on the Norte . And you're right about the footware, for the Norte all the Road walking should be taken into account when deciding on what to ware . As for handling snorers, a large mallet often comes to mind whilst the person in the bed next to you is getting all their rest while depriving everyone else of theirs......... Buen Camino
Thank you, for sharing your amazing journey including your spiritual insights. Last year, I completed my first Camino August/September on the Francés and as expected caught the Camino 'bug'. So, next year the del Norte.
Once it gets you it will never let you go!!! - I have only been able to do the Portuguese this year and it is not enough to curb my hunger for open spaces and connections with people and God
Ya, the snoring is loud. One night I beat a few people to the couch on the floor below. Tuck your ear plugs under your pillow and Don t forget them. Keep inspiring.

Your wife is spot on! Coffee is definitely needed each morning on the Camino! Also helps with the walking nevermind waking up! 😂
Thanks for watching. Coffee hits the spot every time with my wife and the Camino provided

I had my worst night’s sleep in that albergue in Castro Urdiales.
So sorry to hear that. It’s amazing how you can have walk 25 k after such bad sleep but some how we find the strength to do it
