I didn't have the skin aug either, you stand just a bit away from it & when you see her running, shoot it, it will get her but you should be safe. It only electrifies the water around the electrical point...
Most people shoot the electric parts around the edges when she's near, it then electrocutes her & while she's in shock, you can shoot the living daylights out of her. It takes a lot of ammo & a lot of time though. She killed me about 30 times in the 1st playthrough. If your Typhoon is maxed out, it will take out a whole gang of people, including robots... it's extremely powerful. You are all the weapon you need :-)) Until the last boss LOL
You probably don't even need a weapon. The Typhoon is powerful enough. I thought I had my typhoon maxed out but I was only on the 2nd level of it, that's why I used the gun too. If you max it out, 2, maybe 3 typhoons will be all she needs :-D Rihanna, OMG,I so see that now!
I got mine from CDON d o t com but only because that's a Norwegian site & I wouldn't have to wait forever for it! But you can get the Augmented Edition for a small £15 on Ebay, that comes with a few nice extras :-)) I recently (showing my fangirl side now) bought a figurine of him
LOL. You aren't the 1st person to ask, my father in law asked the same! Right at the start where you're in the office buildings & everyone is being killed - she's actually the main perpetrator. At one point (if you do a quick enough run to it) - you'll see her shoot a couple of people, use her cloak & vanish.
I have played it only once so I wasn't sure about the upgrades, I just went with what sounded cool. Next time I'll get typhoon earlier and even upgrade it. She looks even more like Rihanna in the E3 cinematic trailer. I killed her with EMP mines at the center of the room. She would rush toward me and activate the mine, then I would use all my ammo on her face xD
Oh, so there are non-water parts on the floor. Hmm, I only see now that as always on every game I rush my playthroughs to see the story. Must replay and explore as much as I can xD
I think I had no typhoon nor electricity protection so when I tried to shoot those electric parts on the walls I was left with 10 health and she would just kill me all the time. I think I need to go Boss mode in my next playthrough xD

You didn't give her a chance to move! LOL Would it work with another weapon between the typhoons? (BTW, that is Rihanna to me)
