Good presentation worth knowledge, instead of intubation only nasal cpap would suffice, then look for myocardial dysfunction like muffled heart sounds. Lungs crepts , liver span during fluid resuscitation , causes are varied, but even then a very very good effort by Dr Arun & Dr Kathyani and Sumayya
1) what do you mean by crash into patient...i didn't get it... 2) don't we need to give 5 inflation breaths before start chest compressions? Thank you.
Sir,In this scenario you gave initial 20ml/kg bolus saying it is a clear indication as baby has signs of severe dehydration. But the baby can have unidentified congenital or other cardiac problems. So is it ok to give a sudden bolus without assessing cardiac status? Can't it be harmful by fluid overloading? Thank you.
Tq dr. Arun sir & dr. Kathiyani madam & emergency technician for this amazing clinical discussion

Why we should look for liver span ?
To judge fluid overload during fluid resuscitation

That’s why crepts and liver span has to be looked on & small aliquots of fluid say 5 ml/kg (by gravity) is supposed to be given thanks
