Sir, history is very useful to diagnose bronchiectasis.... Large bowl of foul smelling purulent sputum especially in the early morning is the classical history.

this was a great presentation. Although I agree that during admission O2 wasn't required with those sats, however, I would like to ask, the resp rate was normal but there was the use of accessory muscles. Something wasn't adding up. some clarification?
