A travel guide (as in a book or blog or whatever) is called Reiseführer and somehow that's not weird. Also CEO is basically Geschäftsführer, Führerschein is a drivers license.. not weird either. If you go for Führer by itself though, it's weird. And then again, you can call a leader "Anführer" and that's not weird.. it's kinda confusing :D

Mussolini never sended the photo back to Hitler. The Nazi-german hierarchy was inspired by the one of Fascist Italy; same for the ideology.
