Didn't mention enemies on world map spawn once a day, but you can farm echoes on friends world too. Saving them and doing together, or using the in game feature to team up is more efficient than never using co-op for farming.

Yes, finding world bosses around the map and beating them, you can also use wave plates to get their rewards

Every 6 minutes you will gain 1 waveplate, taking 24 hours to fill up to the max 240 energy
