its unreal engine guys with lumen hwrt, you can tell by the buggy artifacts on some of the reflections and glass shaders, overall looks great! It would definitely benefit from rendering with a native path tracer though
Yes it is possible. It's just uncommon for archviz professionals and even more uncommon for the industry as a whole to use Blender because of Autodesk being the optimal workflow. But it is definetly very possible considering there are way more complex projects being done on blender and cycles.
I think they did use blender at least in part in this, I recognize some of the assets, for instance the plant in the back at 1:37, I'm pretty sure I've used it before from blenderkit. My guess is that it was modeled in blender and rendered in Unreal
