Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:
chicken 550gm
garlic chopped 3tb.sp
mustard paste 2tb.sp
oil 4tb.sp
crushed black pepper 3tb.sp
white pepper powder 2tb.sp
salt 1tb.sp
oregano 1t.sp
thyme 1t.sp
rose merry 1t.sp
chicken powder 1t.sp
Method :
Marinate chicken with skin for 15 minutes, keep it in a oven tray, wrap it with foil paper and bake at 200-212°C for 30-45 minutes, last 10 minutes remove the foil paper and bake it , and you are ready to enjoy.....
