Making this today for my grand daughter . She's moving into her 1st apartment next weekend. Since I'm unable to move furniture, I'll help decorate . 🎄🎄🧵🧵❤❤
I absolutely love this table runner. It is so easy to make and it looks beautiful. I have made several. I made one for Christmas that has pinecones , the middle piece is white background with sparkle and pinecones and the backing is allover pinecones. Came out gorgeous. Also made one with Christmas cardinals on front and plain black on the back...it's gorgeous also. Just some ideas for you.
I enjoyed your updated longer table runner tutorial. I made several of your regular sized table runners & gave them to friends as gifts. They loved them! Thank you for all your hard work, helping us become better at what we love to do. Happy Sewing!
Thank you for this tutorial. I'm a beginner and was looking for something I could make and give to friends and family as gifts. SOOO glad I found your channel and this video. Your instructions and presentations are easy to follow and I was thrilled with my first results. I've now made 3 and have special requests from my family. I'm excited to say I now have a hobby. Thank you
Thanks! I understand the need for the commercials (frankly, I sort of fast forward through them so they don't bother me much!) I decided to do a table runner just this week, and was going to use strips for the middle. Was unsure how to finish - this will be perfect. I have been sewing for years, but am just venturing into quilting and craft sewing. You are a great presenter - clear and easy to follow. And I love your husband's cameo appearances, lol !
That was a really good tutorial. Your calm voice is very easy to listen to. I have to say though, that I watched the very end of the video where you were supposed to cut 5.5 inches off, but if you check, I think you only cut 4.5 inches off, but I’m sure 2 total inches wouldn’t make a difference. I got a metre of fabric recently so it’ll be perfect to make the exact one you just showed us. Thanks so much! Excellent.
I am a visual learner and your videos are so visually easy to follow. Your calm and even voice reduces my anxiety. I always refer my sewing friends to your videos. Thank you so much for making my sewing life easier. Have a happy and healthy new year.
I am just a beginner with my first Singer. I was wondering how will it be finished in 10 minutes then You just made a hoody at both ends. It is genius. Thank You!

Hi Sherril, I love the longer length, just the thing I need! I have a request for a video. 1st table runner ever & although it took over 3 hours 😂 it turned out wonderful. You are such a sweet lady & wonderful instructor. Thanks Cheryl. And, your videos are very professional done too, very nice.
Wow! What a very nice update to the many table runners I’ve made with the older version. Could I use batting in the center as well? What’s your opinion of that?
