Here's the honest to goodness truth of that, supersentai, karmen rider and other shows which use henshin... it happens in the span of a few seconds.. the visual transformation is just for the audience views only. There's a movie for Gokaiger vs Space Sheriff Gavan in that movie they actually show how fast the transformation is.. in real life as to oppose of a sequence.
