Awesome vid! A thing I like to do when I do my free hand work is pick the hair out and spray some hair spray on the hair. It hold the hair in place and gives that little extra detail work you need. Hook was for sure poppin
@Fernando Randy Shutup. Youre the same person who commented the advertisement. You reply 4 minutes after he posted the advertisement talking about it worked.. XD
Marco Quevedo thank you Marco! Really appreciate that bro 🙏 congratulations bro for making the move! It’s gonna be exciting time bro, enjoy it, make a few friends, and good luck to you 👍
im real critical because I am learning to cut, and i think this video does a good job. I do feel the blend could be smoother towards the top and the line-up needs better symmetry. Other than that overall a great cut. I just thought i should leave some constructive criticism. Learning to cut hair is tough especially when everyone tells you that your work looks good. As barbers sometimes we need a more skilled eye to give feedback.
What's the difference between a dark and light fade. Which one is better? I was kinda confused on that part when you were talking about opening your clippers up more or not as much.
Very nice cut. Only thing I would have done different is make the hooks a little bit deeper in towards the ear. I know people always go on about no push backs and keep the hairline natural but in this case you can get away with it because he has nice thick hair and a nice hairline to work with. Would have just made the line up look that little bit more crispy. Still a nice haircut though.
Trissyann Tracey hey I’ll do it right now for you. 1. Comb out the hair 2. Shape up the hair to their likings (I recommend finding a point of reference So that u can gauge the shape up) 3. Clipper all the way close to create the baldline, one side at a time to meet it in The back of the head. 4. Again clipper all the way close to start the blend but this time a bit of the flicking motion. Go all the way around the head, then open the clipper about a quarter of the way, and now blend up about a quarter of an inch(gauge it with the size of the head). This back to the other side of the head. Continue back and forth until your clipper is fully open. 5. Move to the zero guard and repeat the same step as previous. 6. Then use the 1 guard and again use the same steps 7. Now use the 1.5 guard repeat the same steps but use more flicking motion to complete the blend. The trick is to finish the blend but to keep it low. Because we’re doing a drop fade. 8. And then move on to the 2 guard. Same steps to completely blend it out. If u to u can also use the clipper over comb technique to finish the blend. 9.now move onto the hairline line up. Start in the middle of the forehead to set the Starting point. Then go towards the side That is up higher on the forehead. Then again start back in the middle and work towards the other side to match the side u just completed. 10. And now go back and freehand and shape up the haircut.
Damn you really did it my G? Thanks. You just got yourself a new subscriber. If you'd like any tips to help grown your page, feel free to email me trissy109@aol.com Really appreciate you taking the time out to do that
Miguel Estrada great question brother! Yes absolutely! If the hair on the side is super long and difficult to work with, taking it down with a number 2 can make it easier to work with
I like 99% of your haircuts just not this one. It looks like a light bulb. With so much hair on the top I think it would look better with a low taper and not so much over hang in the front. But if this is what the client wants, then so be it.
RUclipsrs are horrible at explaining. Each guard did u start closed and go all the way around then open and go all around and repeat? U said guard close but clearly it was open. Why u shaking wen lining him? Not good tutorial.
Good cut, horrible tutorial. Your open/close wasnt explained good enough. Thats because yahl cut a head then try and tutorial off that cut, NO. Do the tutorial with the cutt and show & explain
Man, that was dope. Thank you for the tutorial. Youre a great barber and really fun to watch
This is a really clean cut my barber brother salute to you
Thanks for your videos. You made me a better barber on myself. Great key tips and I’m working on that feathery touch like you have with the clippers
Awesome vid! A thing I like to do when I do my free hand work is pick the hair out and spray some hair spray on the hair. It hold the hair in place and gives that little extra detail work you need. Hook was for sure poppin

Is that black panther I hear in the back? 4:56.
I appreciate your music choice 😜

Great cut, great tips!
thank you Cammie!
No sponge?
Hey Pa, can you put the system you use in the video or the description box so I can screen shoot it and save it for later and use it while I'm cutting
Trissyann Tracey hey I’ll do it right now for you.
1. Comb out the hair
2. Shape up the hair to their likings

motion. Go all the way around the head,
then open the clipper about a quarter of
the way, and now blend up about a quarter
of an inch(gauge it with the size of the
head). This back to the other side of the
head. Continue back and forth until your
clipper is fully open.
5. Move to the zero guard and repeat the
same step as previous.
6. Then use the 1 guard and again use the
same steps
7. Now use the 1.5 guard repeat the same
steps but use more flicking motion to
complete the blend. The trick is to finish the
blend but to keep it low. Because we’re
doing a drop fade.
8. And then move on to the 2 guard. Same

Great videos! Can you do a tutorial on a shadow fade without guidelines?
Yessir 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hey what’s up brotha quick question can I go up or with grain with a 2 on the side so that the fade is easier to see? Thanks
Miguel Estrada great question brother! Yes absolutely! If the hair on the side is super long and difficult to work with, taking it down with a number 2 can make it easier to work with
concept barbershop can I hit it with or against the grain? I’m trying to learn how to cut black hair
Miguel Estrada on the side u can go either direction.

DBLG65 couldn’t he get a temp fade if he wanted to without getting all of that cut off and restarting?
Look like late 60s, mid 70s afro, that neat, rounded puff ball
Swaggy P
I told my barber give me a drop fade and I got a high top shit is annoying
Still has a guide line🙄
Wya
Byrone Chism9 I’m in San Jose California
I can see guidelines bruh. How u training someone yet your cut still had visible guidelines. Smh
Nice cut but you still did a rookie move by using that dirty ass clipper brush on your clients head.
RUclipsrs are horrible at explaining. Each guard did u start closed and go all the way around then open and go all around and repeat? U said guard close but clearly it was open. Why u shaking wen lining him? Not good tutorial.
He fucked up the right side shape up.
Good cut, horrible tutorial. Your open/close wasnt explained good enough. Thats because yahl cut a head then try and tutorial off that cut, NO. Do the tutorial with the cutt and show & explain
That shit take too long just give me my guidelines
Second Take 🤷♂️ ???? Really? You think so?
Lmao second take you trippin it's faster I've tried both and no guidelines work faster and better
You're not finished..fade is choppy. To many dark spots
Look like a low fade but clean tho
