    Since I don’t have the space or patience to do that large of a puzzle, I live thru you. Thanks.

      He he! I’m glad you are enjoying this puzzle - the sections are a manageable amount of pieces (3360), but they are an odd shape, which makes it a little awkward 😍

    I am amazed that you were able to put together lines of puzzles pieces to separate the sections, especially with the amount of puzzle pieces you are working with here. You are a very good puzzler.

      Thank you very much. Honestly though, the dividing line pieces are easy to distinguish as they are the only pieces in the entire puzzle of a certain shape. Aside from the edges, they are the only pieces I separate by shape when I’m building this puzzle - I find having them helps me to get to grips with where things are in the puzzle 🧩😍

      @@Vickymakesandbuilds I can only imagine! You inspire me to keep going with this unneccessarily complicated dark blue 'Neuschwanstein' 2000 old Clementoni puzzle that I recently started, another motif that I will with tooth and nail fight for. I think it will be worth it in the end for both of us. Let's keep going! 🤣

    The picture of Grace watching over the huge pile of bags in the intro is absolutely adorable!🥰
    I like the white background, it makes the beautiful colors of the puzzle pop even more. (Loved the puzzledust elephant!😄)
    I think this is my favourite section so far.
    Thank you for another great video! 🧡

    • @Vickymakesandbuilds
      @Vickymakesandbuilds  Месяц назад +1

      Yes! I took that picture of Grace when I first had the puzzle delivered at my old flat - it encapsulates Grace’s whole attitude - I rule this puzzle and also you, don’t ever forget it…meow 😆! Lol
      Thank you! I have had the vinyl on for a few weeks now, so I had forgotten that this was the first video of a large puzzle on the white board, I’m so glad you like it - I agree, it creates a much better contrast for the puzzle 🧩❤️
      I always think of you when I do dust drawings - glad you can tell it’s an elephant! Sometimes I’m not sure if they quite look like what I’m going for! 🤣

    These two sections are so incredibly vibrant. I know it been awhile since we’ve seen this puzzle but these colors and patterns seem far more intense. Your excitement is infectious I’m just as excited for the next video on this puzzle. Great job and another two thumbs up video, Vicky!

    • @Vickymakesandbuilds
      @Vickymakesandbuilds  Месяц назад +1

      I don’t think they are more vibrant in comparison to the other sections, but I can think of a couple of reasons they might look that way. Firstly this video is in 4k, I don’t usually upload them in 4k, but sometimes my software just chooses to do it that way. It makes quite a difference to the picture quality, which may have an affect on the vibrancy - also, this is the first time I’ve done this puzzle on a white board - that really makes a big difference to the look of it too I think. That’s good to know though, I knew the white would provide a better contrast, but if it makes the colours pop more, then that’s a bonus 🥰
      Thanks so much for watching, Ruth, and for your lovely comment as always! ❤️

    I love the way you opened this video - I found it made me feel energized and happy! I liked your elephant in the dust, too - bit of an artist in you? I really enjoyed watching you build this puzzle with all the details - it's such a beautiful puzzle! I'm not an Educa fan (tried it once a long time ago and found the pieces without a nub on one end a bit awkward to work with), but your enthusiasm for this puzzle and the beautiful picture makes me want to give this brand another go!

    • @Vickymakesandbuilds

      Thank you! I was pleased with how that intro came together - I’m so glad it made you feel happy! 😃
      I do enjoy art - was good at it at school, but don’t have a great deal of time for it now - when I did my first dust drawing (a dragon - of course 😆) it was just off the cuff, but now it’s become kind of my thing - I even use a wee brush sometimes to get it just right! 🥰
      With Educa, I find that the loose fit, and the funny shaped pieces (that contribute to the loose fit also), can be frustrating. I just thing their image quality and images are so lovely that I can live with it. For this puzzle, I’m glad of the other piece shapes, since most of the pieces are the standard two in, two out - I think that would annoy me more if they were all like that! 😆 Entering the Bedroom wasn’t so bad in that respect 😍
      Thanks for your comment - I’m glad you enjoyed the vid - let me know if you do give them another go, and what you thought! X

    I was familiar with the expression "the proof is in the pudding" but I like your version of it a lot more: "the proof is in the puzzling" 😄. I'll be using that from now on.

      You are the first person to pick up on that 😍, I’ve said it quite a few times in my videos before - every time I say it I think to myself, I must put that on a T shirt! 🤩 lol. I’m glad, thanks for watching!

    Great video. Sorry to say but I would just hate to put this puzzle together. I do not have such large space for puzzling so when I do bigger puzzles I have to puzzle by sections and Educa is simply not made for constantly moving sections (smaller or larger) just how I need it. But I am glad that you have this sorted and have the patience to constantly adjust the position of unfinished parts of the puzzle😅 Have a great day!☺

    • @Vickymakesandbuilds
      @Vickymakesandbuilds  Месяц назад

      I hear you! I do understand the frustrations people have with Educa’s loose fit. I managed the Entering the Bedroom puzzle building it that way, but it can be a faff definitely. I just love the puzzle so much I can overlook it 😍. I am glad you enjoyed the video though and are liking seeing the puzzle come together. You have a great day too! ❤️

    So brave mixing bags! Are you concerned about false fits with mixing bags? Looks like fun!

    • @Vickymakesandbuilds
      @Vickymakesandbuilds  Месяц назад

      Thank you! I must admit, I haven’t mixed two bags in this puzzle since sections 2 and 3 and I had forgotten how tricky it can be, but I’m having fun 🤩
      Sometimes there are false fits, but I’m very familiar with the cut pattern on this puzzle now. If I have a piece wrong, I can usually very quickly locate it and swap it for the right one - it’s usually a green piece and I don’t normally realise until the end 😂

    I am SO excited to see you back at this puzzle! It must seem overwhelming at times, but I think you have a great strategy going! If I had the room (living in a hotel room, not going to happen) I would give this puzzle a go. Question, are the “sections” only horizontal, or does it further divide vertically as well? Just curious. Keep on keepin’ on, but give yourself grace (not the cat) so you continue to enjoy yourself!

      @Vickymakesandbuilds  Месяц назад

      Yay! I’m excited to be doing it again - I have missed it! I’m glad you are excited too 😍
      Only horizontal, the puzzle is divided into ten, tall, thin section across the whole panorama. I will keep enjoying, I promise 😍
