How to model a sequence which is a hybrid of two structures? Say, 80% identical to one protein and rest 20% added from one immunoglobulin. In such a case, how to consider 2 templates and model one complex by combining the 2 templates?

There is an error in the creation of the Target-template file. Please can you tell the corrections made? The corrections part has been cut out from this video
