This is gold. Thank you very much for your work. I have some interrelated questions. In the section "Do the dimensions/traits of IV link to the DV," you said "you just cannot go on to include all the dimensions. Try to link these subdimensions with environmental behaviour." Let us say there are 10 possible dimensions of servant leadership, but based on your operationalisation, you choose only three: relationship building, growth and development of employees, and humbleness.
1. Would these 3 dimensions be presented as separate IVs that links to Environmental behaviour? Or it should be presented as one IV.
2. in your hypothesis statement, would you write it as Servant leadership is positively related to environmental behaviour or you would write it as Relationship building is positively related to environmental behaviour; Growth and development of employees is positively related to environmental behaviour?
3. Also, when you want to analyse it, would you analyse all the dimensions together to test their influence on environmental behaviour or you analyse each dimension and test its influence on the DV?
