I love the textural effect, like little waves, of this pretty pattern. I am going to use it as a border for my coastal- themed kitchen lace curtains, thankyou!
It’s exactly that, except loops drawn up on the same hook and only five at a time instead of the whole row at once on the broom. Glad to know someone else sees it. I didn’t read your comment till after I’d posted mine. Yah bless!
Lovely stitch. Many videos claim they've never seen or done things before, and, most I've seen or done before them. But, this stitch pattern I have NOT seen or done before. 😻🌺😻 It looks a little like a pinwheel to me. I believe it can be made into SOOO many different projects. TYSM for sharing this video with us.
This popped into my feed because I have recently decided to again take up crochet. I've been an avid knitter for years, but just never did a lot of crochet or learned many intricate stitches. When I saw this stitch it reminded me of an afghan I inherited from my grandmother, one gifted to her by a friend. She called the pattern "Paddlewheel". I just looked again at that piece and it does look very similar. Very pretty and it does look like a paddlewheel on the water, doesn't it? I never learned the stitch and honestly I can't say how old that afghan is (since it was a gift to my grandmother), but it's at least 45 years old. My grandmother passed while I was in my late teens/early 20s and she had that afghan on display in her living room several years before that. Thank you for your very clear video. Your lighting is perfect! Very easy to see what you are doing. You don't go so quickly as to make me feel like I must continuously pause the screen.
Reminds me of Broomstick Lace, but no need for the broomstick! My Mom used to make BL afghans, but her work was much looser than mine, which was uptight like my personality! Lol. I’m much more relaxed in my dotage, but my stitching is still too tight! This is fabulous! Thank you for demonstrating it. Even in my least favorite color on the planet, still beautiful!
Most definitely a yarn eater. Very pretty but it would not be for me as I do not usually use patterns that eat a lot of yarn. Thank you for sharing and for all you do
This is lovely to watch, so well demonstrated and great video production values. I hope you don’t mind also a personal comment, but I like how your nails are done - beautifully finished yet not jazzy, not distracting. Sometimes I almost get hypnotized by people’s elaborate nail designs when watching handicraft videos. It’s like someone reading the news in a prom dress!
Save empty clear plastic soda or water bottles. Remove labels. Cut a 3 sided door panel in the side, 4th side serves as hinge. Slip yarn inside. Store on shelves lying on their sides, with the bottom of bottle towards you. All you see is the size of the bottom round with the color. Can use bookends to divide, or to hold at the ends of open shelving or boxes or crates on their sides. Find friends who buy club soda or seltzer in 1 or 2 liters and have them save the empties for you.
Que hermosa puntada! Bonita para un suéter gracias maestra por compartirla. Felicitaciones, gracias por compartir su trabajo. Saludos desde, Calpulalpan estado de México.
Thank you for your really useful tutorials. I have completed the granny rectangle blanket for my grandson in rainbow colours, but I don’t know how to finish it with a border. Do you have a tutorial for a border for this blanket please?
I'd love to use this as a border on a scrap afghan, using multiple scrap (or maybe just two) yarns for a scrappy border. If you could provide a printed pattern to download or copy that would be much appreciated!
How pretty is this stitch. When watching you go through the 6 loops, do you go through all 6 or is 4 then 2. I was a little confused by that part. Thank you
This is an awesome stitch. I remembered that i had tried it before but it was from a Turkish lady's video and I didn't know what it was called . . . Still don't . . . .
Hola me encantan sus trabajos, sus tutoriales excelentes, claros y breves, gracias por compartir, saludos desde Guadalupe, Nuevo León, México. No sé inglés una disculpa.

All I can say is WOW, that's a great compliment to you. Love your patterns. Thanks again
Thanks
It's reminiscent of the twist formed in broomstick lace. This is beautiful!

What a beautiful stitch no I've never seen anything like it either but I'm certainly going to try it thank you
First row (on a bigger scale) looks like some ninja masks I made my grandson several years ago. 😂. This is very pretty! 🧶

Thank you for this demonstration.
Extremely yarn hungry stitch if you intend to make a large item like a blanket.
Could try chunky blanket, wool or larger yarn. Would be just as pretty. 😍
Better than puffs.
I wonder how to figure out how much would be needed.
@@keriz3456 seems like the most beautiful stitches are definitely yarn hungry but most are worth it. Could use it for yarn buster projects
I absolutely love this stitch
