Amazing what can trigger memories. I remember being at work when all that went down. I saw the coverage of the second plane hitting the tower live on a big screen in our cafeteria as all work stopped after the news of the first impact. Not long after my direct supervisor got the news he needed to go to Washington DC as his son was three rooms away from the impact on the Pentagon.
