    Hi, George. I've been reading a lot about Taoism to help find my own inner peace. Although I only discovered your channel last week, I've been watching all your videos and it's a joy to watch you on your journey and to hear your insights.

      This was great, I have been researching "learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Fellmeroni Rudimentary Chi - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my work buddy got excellent results with it.

      She was home to South China to start her job which her family had helped to find and - to complete her marriage.

Would love to see a video of Master Gu, serving tea and explaining Wudang style of tea ceremony. Cha Dao is such an amazing practice, I love it! Also, is it possible to buy some of Master Gu's tea? :)

    one thing i've noticed when i practice bagua circle walking is my first few movements especially first initial few movements always contain the sword finger..i have no idea as to why this is..though in honesty my whole circle walking has transformed from just walking round a circle alternating or turning... to now a circle walking that consists of a myriad of movements..stances..postures...etc..the sword finger happens to be one i noticed since its associated mostly with taiji.(my teacher also said its a prelude to bagua straight sword training..)..is there a clue within this as to why they say bagua, taji and shingyee..are known collectively as a family in internal arts...this vid was a couple of years ago.when you were first learning.so no doubt bro..your sword form now must be pretty good..much love and god bless always....😍

    You want to tell me you can't find this level of sword teaching in your own home town ? I'd say the nearest community centre would offer something like that, and without rubbing the edge of the sword against the arm.

    I'm litteraly eating my heart out here!;) But it hurts so nice. You lucky...person, i guess.
    How are you paying for your stay, your travels and the training? Is the youtube money enough for that? And would you tell us how much it might cost to be able to live and train with your master?
    I'm paying my way in China as an ESL teacher (who'd have thunk, right?!) and have neither the time nor the money, right now, to go for full time training. But I hear it might be possible to strike a satisfying balance if you find the right job. Focusing on learning Mandarin and getting the necessary job experience, right now. Next year (TT), we'll see.

      For a year the site said 80,000 yuan a year and 9,000 yuan a month. YunTian Academy does offer a program that cost 500 USD monthly, you can choose to focus on kung fu or Mandarin, there is also 3 combo programs. (For the few who won't do the conversion 9000 yuan is $1383.53 and $500 is 3252.56 yuan.) You're paying for the one on one time, which is invaluable, and there is a spiritual and intellectual teaching going on here as well.

      @g0blinl0rdohlord26 6 лет назад

      ask gu about it but in the parra-frase'd verison: Even the royal mandate of the emper'or of china could not get the taoist sage leave his spot by the river fishing. The Sage is written to have stated, when the emperor understands when would a turtle happy with it's tail in the warm mud, leave such a spot, then he would be happy to report the royal palace for the court's appointment. Chuang-tzu.

    Na. I prefer the purist, sunrise, wash , train , work.
    Think there's too much commercial and spiritual lines being pushed for money at the expense of the art. Too many want the shiny shiny , big dramatic movement that they can charge more to teach even without explaining the reason for this now "dance form" or tribal historical scene. Unfortunately this is how I see Shoalin 😢it's become a money machine and everything services the machine, with little or no interest in the historical or belief system. We have lost sight of the art for a new shiny sword and pretty belts. Lovely ladies, hope the art survives.
    Coming next , Tai chi cage fighting with neon lights 🤢
