Gorgeous outside of this home. I'd like to cut down on the size of that beautiful screened porch and add a master bathroom.
Shabby isn't my style, and the interior walls make it look like an abandoned house. The enclosed porch is lovely. The deal breaker is that the only bathroom is in the opposite corner from the bedrooms. For me, that would be totally unacceptable.
I look at home plans for the blueprint, not necessarily the interior design. It's fun to dream of how I would furnish it if it were mine! I agree about the bathroom. The floorplan could probably be reworked to make it more accessible to the bedrooms. :)
@@vicki8261 I may make remarks about some interior designs, but I'm an architect at heart. I look at the functionality of the way the rooms are laid out. I can't recall any recent plan placing the bathroom so far from the bedrooms! I think the plan needs more than just "reworking".
I dont think it looks shabby.
It's country rustic.

There is so much I really like about this plan but I have to have a bathroom next to my bedroom. I would consider making this a one bed house and put a nice private bath and much bigger closet for the largest bedroom.
I would add another big bathroom to the master suite, but keep the second bedroom as my sewing studio. I would probably turn the original bathroom into a powder room without the shower.
Interior wall finishes can be personalized (the shabby brick is not to my taste) but there has to be a bathroom by the bedrooms.
I like that you kept the water items in one area. It makes plumbing so much easier and saves on expensive piping. Curious, where is the water heater or is that on demand?

I love it love it love it except there is only one bathroom. Where is the master en suite? I don’t mind that there is a bathroom/WD combo across from the bedrooms. However, there needs to be at least another 1/2 bath if not full bath for two bedrooms.

Why are there two front doors?
Lose the ratty looking walls, and add another level of shelves on the LR bookcases, and it's great!

Kali ini tata letaknya kurang pas. Seperti misalnya kamar mamdi yang jauh dari kamar tidur.
Kemudian dindingnya yang dibuat dengan efek seolah sudah terkelupas, itu malah membuat rumahnya terkesan kotor dan tidak terawat.
Porch tertutup yang terlalu besar sehingga seperti "mengorbankan" tata letak ruangan-ruangan yang lain.
I liked the house, but not the walls you used because they make it look good on the outside but old on the inside.
Not crazy about the shabby chic style. Looks dirty.
