Spicebomb Extreme by Viktor&Rolf is a Amber Spicy fragrance for men. Spicebomb Extreme was launched in 2015. Spicebomb Extreme was created by Carlos Benaim and Jean-Christophe Hérault.
The popular men’s fragrance by the house of Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb has received a more intense successor - SPICEBOMB EXTREME. The fragrance comes in a flacon shaped like hand grenade with a copper ring.
It has explosive composition, which highlights aromatic lavender in unique way thanks to hot and tart spices. Lavender is mixed with caraway and black pepper, leaving a trail of hotness above masculine shades of tobacco and subtle, comfortable vanilla.
Spicebomb Infrared by Viktor&Rolf is a Amber Spicy fragrance for men. Spicebomb Infrared was launched in 2021. Top notes are Red Fruits, Pink Pepper and Saffron; middle notes are Cinnamon and Red Pepper; base notes are Tobacco and Benzoin.

Extreme over infrared but Infrared edp over them all! It’s very Spicy and an amazing fall fragrance. The only Spicebomb imo truly worth a full bottle.
I still have to try it and make my own decision on it. I am anticipating it to be good wither way. Thanks!
I agree the Infrared EDP is so smooth and refined the Woods, and Leather make it so perfect for cool fall nights. I just wish it projected more loudly it sits pretty close to my skin.

I love ALL the Spicebombs (and the Flowerbombs for my wife, too, lol). When I got back into fragrances one of the first things I did was a left - right test at Sephora with Spicebomb on the left and Extreme on the right, after the prior days wearing each. Spicebomb is probably the strongest EDT I've smelled, and there's just something about it. As much as my brain was biased toward Extreme, over the next few hours the OG was my clear favorite. My second favorite is tied between Night Vision EDP and Infrared EDT. That works out for me, because I can pull off Night Vision EDP up to 90 degrees F if I'm easy on the trigger, and Infrared EDT up to 75 degrees F, so I wear different ones in different seasons. BTW, I took Frag-Mental's suggestion to layer Infrared EDP and Infrared EDT and THAT was better than either of those on their own.
Oh man now I gotta try that layer! I agree with you on the OG spicebomb it has excellent performance for an EDT.

Forgot to say Gerrard congratulations on 9k subs. You are one of my top 3 reviewers and I watch a lot of fragrance content on You Tube. BTW I did finally pick up D&G Pour Homme on your recommendation. 90’s in a bottle. Strange though my bottle was made in the UK. All reports were on the differences between France and Italy versions. Infrared's chili note is similar to Thierry Mugler's Taste of Fragrance, IMO. The chili note in Taste of Fragrance is more potent and lasts longer!!! Extreme is perfect fragrance for the fall and I love it. I have Man in Black, but I don't own the OG Spicebomb. I need to try it. Thanks for another solid video, Gerard!!! Take care.

I’m in the minority here, but I’m Team Infrared! I love the scent profile of Extreme but I don’t have a place for it in my collection. I really like Cremo S&BV which is much more wearable and of course, more affordable. Furthermore, like you, Bvlgari MIB is probably my favorite fragrance with this scent DNA.

Im from Venezuela but lived in the Boston area for about a year, and your accent reminded me of that time haha.
I've already got the original Spicebomb myself and I was told that the Extreme would be redundant, and I'm a fan of red fruit openings even if they're short lived, so theres a very high likelihood I'll go for Infrared.
The Extreme possibility will never be zero though!

Gerard, excellent video. I like Spicebomb Extreme more than Spicebomb Infared. Extreme is one of my favorite Fall/Winter designer scents.

Yeah, I have 90ml bottles of both extreme and infrared. I like them both a lot, but I have to be in the mood for them. I also have a huge 150ml of the original Spicebomb. All are excellent in their own way.

Ive smelled them both but have man in black by bvgari and felt extreme overlapped a little too much for it not be a redundant purchase for me.

Great vid! I have to lean towards Extreme slightly. If Infrared lasted longer on me, it would win. I just don't get good performance from it. Both are great frags though.

Extreme over Infared for me. Both are great fragrances and good choices Gerrard these 2 are the best of the Spice bomb line up IMO. Recently got a decant if the new EDP. It smelt good just felt a bit muted.

Yea I do want to add nightvision edp to the collection. Good choice.
I love Man in Black but my bottle doesn’t seem to have much in the way of longevity

I dont like SB extreme, but whats the better choice, the Original, Infared, and Infared EDP?
They have Infrared EDP, AT Amazon for like $71, for the 3oz. Does it leak? A lot of reviews say it leaks upon opening. What situation and time of day is these good 4?
I like the EDT more than the EDP for infrared. I'm always going back and forth between them as to what my favorite is. I wore Infrared last week and talk about it in tomorrows vid!
Thats a good price. I haven't had issues of leaking personally. I think the OG is the most versatile followed by Infrared.

Not related... But I've been on a violet kick lately, and I know you are really big on Burberry Touch, and I haven't smelled it since I gave it away a few years ago when I thought all violet smelled like diapers 😂 now my nose has changed and I like it and my girlfriend likes it. Dsquared Wood is the one that got me to give violet another shot since I love it so much and its actually one of her favorites on me. I just reordered Burberry Touch to try it again. If you haven't smelled Mancera's Aoud Violet, you gotta get your hands on a sample! To my nose, it blows every violet fragrance I've smelled out of the water. It's so clean and gentlemanly, but in a completely different way than all the others do it. It's sparkling, kinda like you mix the typical violet fragrances with Platinum Egoiste or Acqua Di Gio. It's incredible!

I love Spicebomb the OG and Extreme. Haven't smelled Infrared but not a fan of cinnamon. Also not a fan of incense either and main reason I stay away from Amouage in general

Enfrared EDT is the second best spice bomb to the OG. Extreme is not blended well and to strong
