I'm just finishing up my breast cancer treatments and I totally understand that fear you feel. I'll send you lots of prayers for them to get all the cancer out!! Wishing you the very best!! ❤
Finishing up are the key words there. You made it that far. This is a hellish journey and coming from it and still having positivity towards the next person makes you strong enough to come out alive. Thank you Carol ♥️
@@raggitysusan4697, I was told that too the first time. I'm surprised they went that route this time. The only advice I can give it to try and put on some weight now. Eating becomes almost impossible because of the flavor changes and the "sunburn" feeling in your throat. It gets real hard to swallow. I had a feeding tube although, regrettably, I barely used it. I became best friends with chocolate Ensure. I still lost 46 pounds. Also, ask for an iv port. Chemo destroyed my veins without it. They had to find a new spot to inject every time. You'll beat this and I hope it doesn't come back like mine did. Best of luck to you. Keep me posted, you're in my thoughts
I hate cancer! It is terrible to go through the treatments. Also what the treatments do to you and your body. But you have a lot of us praying for you. God bless.
Science is forever changing. I’m glad you’re going to be able to have surgery this time. I’m praying this is going to be the last time you ever have to deal with cancer! Happy Valentine’s Day to you, as well!!
From the location you’re describing, it sounds like it’s not near your vocal chords, so hopefully you will be able to talk ok. I’ve been wondering how you’re doing. Thanks for the update. I’ll be praying for you!! Happy Valentine’s Day to you also! 🙏🏻🙂🙏🏻
I have a very strong intuition that you're going to be ok after this surgery. My feelings are usually right and if a doctor is telling you that he thinks he can cut it out , i believe he can. My uncle had cancer. Had surgery and no treatments. Hes been cancer free almost 10 years. Thoughts and positive vibes. I can understand your anxiety 🙃. Completely understandable. Ask your doctor if they can prescribe something for the acute anxiety. You got this my friend. Know that there is a stranger in Canada who cares and is praying for you 🙏 ❤️ 😊
That was absolutely the comment I needed today. Thank you so much. I hope to make it 10 years cancer free as this was only 3 years before it came back. I do appreciate your positivity though and I hope your uncle never has to go through it again.

Thank you so much
Thanks for update! I hate it, too! Been running around preparing for chemo and radiation to start within the next two weeks. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I wish I could give you some good advice. Didn't you say it was in your neck?
@@night_al yes, lymph nodes in neck, base of tongue and throat. Surgery for me is way too risky.

I hope so too. I really do. Surgery is gonna be ugly but if it works, I'm all for it
@@night_al do you know if you are getting the robotic surgery?
@@raggitysusan4697 I don't. I'll know more when I go to pre-op and get more info
