I did this and simmed 7 seasons until everybody was 92+ in the starting XI. They got promoted every season and even won the champions league before getting to the premiere league. I will try this challenge again but in a Spanish d3 club
I might be late, but i just wanted to say i created a career mode because i wanted more bux for a future career. I used the same team in yhe French 3rd division. I played like 7 matches, i started bad, being dead last, but then i managed to win games and got to 10th! And i also got through in the cup against a 69 rated team! Edit: i finished season 1 on 8th place, on season 2 i got Promoted, on season 3 i got Promoted to ligue 1, season 4 i won the title and the cup. Now I am in season 5, going through Bayern Münich in the round of 16 and now playing City in the second leg (3-2 on aggregate) Edit 2: Year 6. I have 9 trophies, divison 3, division 2, 2 ligue 1's 2 cups, 1 supercup, a Champs league and club world cup

I play for qatar in professional difficulty,and then to al-sadd,wins couples of cup,i dont really remember but i got like 2 asian champions league and 9 national cups 8 super cup qatar the rest i dont remember. And then i got 2 offers i dont remember the others one but i picked real sociedad and struggle, but i continue. And thats it for now
Good that your loyal to ur team I managed angers in Ligue 2 (France), got them unbeaten and first, and when the big offer came from AS saint Etienne, I went there 😂😂😂

Just using the players in game gets them to develop, i don’t think winning develops them more

I don’t use scouts, i don’t sell any players because i want to see how good they get
