    Which flavor variation was your favorite? To be honest, I roast them with olive oil, salt and pepper the most often - can't beat simple! But then a balsamic bacon option is usually my second favorite, followed by the honey mustard. ;) Hope you enjoy! xo - Lisa

      I think that garlic will make the simple recipe perfect. Doesn't need anything else, really.

    Since I found out that roasted b.s. are crazy delicious, I've been making them about once a week, I sprinkle them with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sliced shallots, parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Your recipes sound delicious and I can't wait to try them all!

    I have a "childhood trauma" from when the sprouts were always soooooo bitter and I still had to eat them. But you make them look so good that I will give them another chance! :D

    Just stumbled on your RUclips channel and I love it! I suffered with some autoimmune issues and initially I did great on my diet change but after doing nothing but think about food everyday for two years I veered off the wagon. Well my health is in a state today that I need to eat right again. I’m loving all your info, recipes, and the ease at which it’s presented. I used to hate Brussels sprouts but then I saw the roasted sprouts at Whole Foods one day and man oh man were those amazing! This video reminds me of those and I can’t wait to try them!

    I eat a ton of Brussels sprouts because I LOVE them. I wash them in a bowl of hot water. One day I got interrupted and had to leave them soaking for about a half hour. I found them so much easier to peel and prepare 😊

    Last night my bedtime snack was steamed Brussels Sprouts with simply butter, salt, pepper and freshly grated Parmesan. I just found your video. Some great ideas. I like the reduced balsamic and will do that next. Thank you.

    The loose leaves that fall off and get extra crispy are my favorite part too! I’ve never reduced my balsamic when putting it over them, but I may give that a try. Thanks for another great video!

      When you reduce balsamic vinegar it gets extra syrupy and sweet. Give it a try!

    Oh man I loooooove Brussels sprouts!! Roasted is by far the best way, thanks for the tip about turning them cut side down. My favorite variation here is balsamic bacon, which is super yummy with a few cranberries added to it! But honestly, all they need is Olive oil, salt and pepper. Ha! It's 8am and I am now craving Brussels sprouts 😂 this one's a keeper, going on my list for inspiration. Have a great day Lisa!

    Glad you mention avocado oil in the video - best not to use olive oil as many feel it can denature at right about 400 degrees F. Avocado oil has a higher smoke point. thanks for teaching me that it's "brussels sprouts", I had no idea. :)

    I actually made these over the weekend and my son made some red chili infused honey that we drizzled over them with a little bit of bacon bits ... cuz - you know - bacon goes on everything! We love our veggies roasted in the oven - and it's getting to the point where it's almost time to be able to turn the oven on .... Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

    My kids are so picky. When I made Brussels sprouts on the stove, they wouldn’t eat them. But when I roast them?? I can’t make enough! It’s the star of the meal.

    This isn’t a new recipe for me really, but I haven’t ever considered placing Brussels sprouts face down on the baking pan for equal roasting on the cut surface! I also didn’t really think about how it’s Brussels sprouts and not brussel sprouts. Thanks for sharing Lisa!

    Those sauces look great! I love Brussels sprouts. The last time I made them I roasted them with some bacon pieces and maple syrup. They were amazing! I'm definitely going to try the maple mustard sauce.
