Oh yes you do. even if I was aware of Fat Mike and Get Dead, I discovered Codefendants through Fake Four Inc., his label, except for Fat Wreck Chords (which was also a defining label for my youth to say the least; Lagwagon, Rise Against, Against Me!, NUFAN... list goes on). I was introduced to Ceschi and his label through Dark Time Sunshine's LORE album which really intrigued me and then discovered stuff like Deadpan Darling and his solo work with Factor. Would recommend Broken Bone Ballads, or Sad Fat Luck/Sans Soleil can't decide on which one of the latter two.
I love the flailing arms with the intro. This is absolutely impressive, and my mind is blown knowing he did this entire song in one sitting. That flow is impeccable.

One of the best gigs of my life -> Ceschi in Kabinet Múz - Brno (CZ). At first I thought, ok, a decent, entertaining busker but then he totally slaughtered it with with hip-hop -ish tunes. To me he sounds like a perfect mix of the music I grew up on and have been listening till 2010 or sth... He must be a multi genre listener/lover, a real musical sponge i na way :) Fun fact: his name is pronounced the very same way we say "česky" ...which means to speak the Czech language.
