    Great job.
    It really needs draining- hopefully someone in the community knows what to do and gets that water drained.

    Do you have landfills in your country? I’m wondering why the amount of litter in the waterways. I only found your channel today and I’m baffled over what I’m seeing. Thank you for your efforts and for helping improve your country and the environment. Blessings.

      We do have landfills but lack of awareness and infrastructure contribute to improper disposal ending up in waterways. Thank you for discovering our channel - the shocking reality motivates us to raise consciousness. We sincerely appreciate your support and blessings!

    nice initiative, kudos. but you are very poorly organized. there are many of you but often a few work and others watch or wait. you need a more effective method. the bags should be already opened and ready to give to those who need them. you should first eliminate the large waste. then 2 or 3 people empty the place passing the waste to those outside, who sort it by type (plastic, aluminum, etc.) and fill the bags. And you haven't even drained the water. you would do many more things in much less time. but it remains a good tentative either way.

      Thank you for your valuable feedback. You have raised very good points. We acknowledge that our organization is still messy and inefficient. We will strive to improve our methods based on your thoughtful suggestions:
      Preparing trash bags open and ready for volunteers in advance
      Prioritizing removal of large waste first
      Assigning 2-3 people to collect trash, outsiders to sort and fill bags
      Considering draining water before cleaning up
      We understand the need to optimize the process to accomplish more in less time. We will seriously apply your tips next time. Sincere thanks!

      We understand your frustration, but do not believe shaming or accusation is constructive. The root causes are often lack of awareness and infrastructure. Our mission is to clean while educating people to build an eco-conscious community. Progress takes patience and cooperation.

    Wondering what kind of incentive to not throw trash in the water. If that's their garbage dump, it will just fill up again. Hope all those beautiful young people don't get sick. Doesn't appear to be any drainage for that stagnant dirty water to move out.

    • @SGXZeroWaste
      @SGXZeroWaste  11 месяцев назад

      You raise excellent points. We need better waste management infrastructure and environmental education to prevent future dumping. The water is unfortunately very stagnant and lacks drainage. We advise our volunteers to take health precautions but agree machinery is needed for safer, more efficient cleanups. This is an ongoing effort - your feedback gives us motivation to expand our capabilities.

      We're promoting environmental education to discourage littering and exploring solutions for improved drainage. Safety is a priority for our volunteers. Thank you for your thoughtful comment!

    You're not based in US then why do you have USA in your profile?

      Our organization is based in Vietnam. We use USA to represent our global mission of tackling pollution, as water connects us all worldwide. We aim to inspire people everywhere to protect our shared environment.
