Its such a good app but sometimes it glitches too much! Can you guys fix that?
I am going to switch to a new video editor because of the new update. It is very frustrating because this app have huge potential, but now you are getting money hungry. Having a 1:30 video limit really stinks along with the overlay and key frame limit.
Ok so all for everything!… I just sat through 9 minutes of editing this video, and y’all not gonna show us the end results of what this video “30 sec clip turns out to be?!?! 👀🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾😳 omg
Making transitions sync to songs is really hard. You have to do it manually and whenever u cut it never cuts it perfectly. If u go back to the song it's always cuts slightly before or after where u actually did the cut. It's takes way too long doing it over and over to get smooth cuts not being off from the music
Hello? You need to fix video leap video length, 1:30 at max for free? I used this app for 6 months. Also your super money hungry with £64.99 one time pay? Do £9.99 it’s better. And make the videos longer! And you have like 5 apps! I might move on from this editor! 😡

What they don’t tell you is when you use the music from the audio library of Videoleap, you get a lot of copyright claims against you. My wife and I have over 50 thousand subscribers. We use Videoleap to edit our videos. But when we add music from Videoleap, we get copyright claims about 80 percent of the time. We always have to fight against the person who made the song, to keep them from making one hundred percent profit from our video. Be warned.

@@Videoleap I’ve been messaging for over a year and never got a reply once. I still have all the messages I sent, I saved them. I’ll try a final time since at least here someone decided to reply 4 days after I post my comment. I also said this same comment on your Facebook and got the same reply. So I will message again to see what you guys will do. Because all these copyright claims are getting crazy. I’ve also saved all messages from RUclips in regards to my copyright claims against me. And the copyright claims that I had to change the music from a video because the creator of the music said I had to abd RUclips backed them. I used to have all Lighttrucks apps. Now I only have Videoleap, because we had a year subscription. The other apps I didn’t. I shouldn’t have to bend over backwards for something I pay for. And I’m only now getting a response from you guys. This has left a bad taste in my mouth. We loved the Videoleap editor. But the customer service, and all these copyright claims? Not so much.

Although I have not experienced this, I'm annoyed that the company doesn't give you artists/titles of the songs used in the templates.
I wish they added a professional waveform to the video clip Area… how else can we accurately make jump cuts without the waveform on the video itself? Like every software has this, LumaFusion, premiere, Final Cut, Davinci

How do you know what songs to use that won’t have copywriting on RUclips? I like this app but I constantly have copywriting and have to take it down. This is just a waste of my time creating videos with this app if I have to take down the video😓

All the music that is on Videoleap is safe to use, however we did encounter some copyright claims and in the past and our Support team can assist you with RUclips should it happen.

What canvas do you use to get the sides with the black cause mine is full screen and I want the canvas like with the little black things covering the side!

It would be good if you could make the text have a different in and out animation if you split the text it would make it easier than manually changing it yourself like if you split the text it would keep the same animations you set it would make it a ton easier
You can already apply different In/Out animations for Text Layers! After you select a Text Layer, hit Animation > In > apply a preset. Then, tap the Back arrow > choose Out > apply a different one.

How did you stream recording your phone without a cable?
