Hey Tom,
Thanks for your question! The E minor scale only has one sharp in it which is F sharp: E, F♯, G, A, B, C, and D. -- so no, this scale doesn't have a D sharp in it. Peep this link for more info: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E_minor 😊 Hope that helps!
