Everyone draws differently. If you don’t do what I say here, that’s fine! You just do what you are comfortable with!

Poppy Seed On your music one. To me I like listening to songs with lyrics. If I was doing a Aphmau fan art I may listen to Faster Car as it reminds me what the basis of my drawing is around. Now this helps me so I have no promise if it helps anyone else. Also when you see a picture you like try to take a picture, even a mental one would work, so that maybe that one day you can’t think of background ideas just look back at your pictures (just try to be different so you aren’t copying it exactly.please and thank you). The last thing I could add is watch speedpaints, I used to just skip until it’s complete but watching them can give you an idea of how you can improve your style. Ok I’m done now have a good day :)

Tip: when I draw I usually make a lot of lines so when I do my eyes I can figure out where I could put them and I make squares circles for the body
Can we just focus on how much support she’s giving us all
One of my tricks when I draw is I use guidelines. I pick out the basic shape of what I’m drawing and draw that and add in details and stuff like that on top of the guidelines.
I also recommend drawing the shape of the body and legs and stuff BEFORE you draw the clothes, it helps to get an idea of how the clothes will fit around the character’s figure. I also do this with the hair and head. I try to get the full shape of the head before I draw the hair, it makes it look more natural.

Me as an artist have some tips for y’all :3
1- Draw when ever you can, this not only helps you get better but it steadies your drawing hand so there’s not as many shaky lines!
2- I suggest sketching in traditional. This may just be because I am a traditional artist but I find it helps me out a lot!
3- Practice hands, feet and eyes! It will help your artwork look more professional.
4- Practice posing, it will look a lot more professional if the poses are more dynamic and not as stiff!
5- Keep a journal of idea for what you want to draw, like for OC’s, story illustrations and stuff like that!

My tip would be to start with the head so its easier to get a head shape you like.

When I make a head I make a circle then start to make the chin and cheeks. then hair. Then face.
Tip for drawing
Sketch an outline before drawing the real thing like a light, less detailed, really messy but readable (like understand what lines are) sketch then draw over it (you can still adjust the pose while drawing over the sketch) :3
Make sure you know what your going for like see what you want to draw in your mind :3
Also for drawing hair draw little hair parts behind the head to look more like that have hair xD and don't be afraid to try huge hair cause sometimes it looks really good

well actually i think you shouldn’t make any adjustments on the actual lineart layer. it could make it look messy and not fit in.
first, make a guideline, robotic looking layer, then sketch, then lineart, then colouring, then shading.

My favourite outfit is Irene's. It's old fashion and I think it would be a cute idea for Aphmau if there is ever a season 7!
One of the biggest tips that helped me first get started is to draw guide lines, that way you have an idea of where you want to place the features. Draw them very lightly because you’ll erase the guide lines once you’re finished. Hope this is useful 😁❤️ oh and my favorite outfit is Minecraft diaries origins 😁😁😁

sooooo a tip for me at least for the face is to kinda do it in two parts. start where the cheekbone is and ark down. try to make it curved and seem chubby, but it will actually make it look sleek. and do the same to the other side and i honestly think it looks good
also, i like animating your funny moments. i am sadly unable to post them, but i like to anyway! remember that havocado time when you all argued about the fruit and if a strawberry was a berry or not? well, i animated it, and i love to draw ships together. i kinda mix the colors together, and if one partner has ears and tail, then i'll draw ears and tail. i also make my own ships. cause, noi and pierce don't get shipped AT ALL! so i ship them, and i draw them, and i think the funnest thing about it is that i get to be creative. how i color them, and how i design them. also, if there is a girl in the relationship, then i draw the ship in girl form. cause girls always run the whole relationship, no matter what! they are the ones who cook and make the home look nice, they clean it, they clean all the man's laundry! and yeah! i like animating things, but i am not as good as most ppl. my drawings look like garbage compared to yours. ily!

A good tip for artists is to be confident with what you draw. Nobody starts out drawing extremely good. You just have to step out of your comfort zone sometimes and find techniques that could be better for you. You don't have to do something another artist is doing. You do what makes you comfortable and you should be fine :)

A tip I always use is to roughly sketch the WHOLE thing first. Perfecting everything and criticizing your work as you go can get you frustrated and you won’t be motivated to finish. Then once you’ve drawn everything you can go in and fix the things you think could be better. I don’t know just a thought..😋

Tip to anyone drawing!
Relax and don't pressure yourself! Don't give yourself a time limit because it will pressure you and give you stress. I find drawing peaceful so this wouldn't be ideal for drawing.
And work on anatomy, it's better to have a style that matches, rather than to have a really pretty face or arms and have a really awkward looking pose or body shape.
Don't compare yourselves to other artists. I struggle with this rule myself. So I wouldn't be the best when asking about this.

Circles are your new best friend when it comes to most drawing styles. And patience is key. If you don't think that you are improving as well as others, it's okay. Everybody works differently from each other. Just know that you are doing a wonderful job and keep doing what you're doing.😊

I recomend drawing the face and body without clothing and eyes then after that go in and sketch the eyes, clothes, and hair then go in and trace and color it. Good luck to new artists and remember everyone has their own art styles sonits okay if yours looks different. Everyone's sttles are unique ✌

Drawing tip if you draw a circle and then base the head around the circle and make a little of space in between the eyes and end of head.

First off, your really good at drawing Jess!! Second, a tip that I have is that start with drawing circles for the head, body, etc. Then start with the face, and work your way down. When your completley happy with your lineart, then color. Then shade. Then do the background. Hope to see you try out this tip in the future!!! And I hope this helped!!

For the face, I'd suggest drawing the head before the eyes and mouth.

Ahh here's my tips!
1) do a sketch, yeah, I know it takes more time and 'why should I have to draw it twice?' But if your going to make a mistake with anatomy, heights, proportions etc. it's better to do it on something that won't be a pain to fix. Trust me it'll save you a lot of freaking out over a mouth that is way too low or a head that's too wide.
2) don't detail first. Draw out the full outline and then the things you want to, it can' make a world of difference in your anatomy skills if you know the mass of what your drawing on, there's a likely chance that you'll make arms or torsos thinner than they should be if you use their clothes as their body
3)take your time and don't try to cram drawing if possible, I find that if I am forced to draw for extended periods that I lose my eye for mistakes and then look back on what I did and huff because I really messed up something because I spent too long on it at once and ruined something that could have been more

You should always start with shapes if you are going to draw a person or any humanoid being.
Steps:
If you are making a boy, use a square or rectangle for the base of the body.
For a girl, use a hourglass-type shape for the base of the body.
For the limbs, use long rectangle to form the arms and legs.
And for he head, use a cycle or oval for the base.
Then smooth out the edges, make so tweaks, and BOOM, you got a body. ^-^
Oh I know this is just supposed to be for simplified bodies, but I think using something like an upside down triangle would work better for a male base since guys’ bodies usually “curve” in. I mean, the torso does come out a bit at the hips, even if not to the same extremes as a girls’, but for basic shapes I think a triangle works.

I’m a manga artist I started doing manga last year
At first my eyes were meh and so was the body until I used yt from a diffrent channle and it helped so much now I’m creating complex outlines before fineliner like I would create this one girl and it had a messy start but with finliner it looks good with colour
My tip would be to use manga learn to draws as they help with anatomy and ultimately find your manga style
And use RUclips it has so many tutorials for anatomy manga eyes ect
And support other creators that post there artwork even if it’s on RUclips instagram twitter ect
My one is yt so yeah I’ll acaisonly try to do a Timelapse
But to get better it takes a long practice for me it took a year to start as a beginner and now I’m intermediate

The coolest outfit, in my opinion, is the one wear aphmau had he fingerless gloves, the black shorts, and purple shirt. Ly aphmau! The only tip I have is what I'm friend (teacher) told me "Just pretend it isn't what you are drawing, think as lines, shapes, and angles!" This advice got me into my first art showcase. I drew a picture of myself when I was 4 years old.

The best make more videos like this
Maybe try doing a skeleton first before getting too deep into adding details. Making a skeleton not only helps you visualize how long the body parts will be, but it can help with chosing a position, how the hair/clothing/other details like ears and tails will go (depending on what position the human is in), the structure for the face, and how big the drawing will be in general.
Testing out colors and shading helps too before going straight into coloring.Finding out what colors look good together beforehand helps me.
Looking up references for different clothing styles, hair styles, and positions helps to decide what the character should look like or what style they like.
If anyone has any tips on drawing hands, please tell me, I need a lot of help in that topic. Btw Aph, I don't like anatomy either, my style is a mix between realistic cartoon humans and anime. XS

Well a tip for artists- You should always pencil your drawings LIGHTLY (trust me), it's always harder to go back and fix your mistakes!! Also try to start with faces! And but the three line thing xD! Keep practicing everyday, you'd probably think at first your not improving but you really are! Don't let anyone push you down !! Lmao anyway just draw what you want to draw or whatever xD.
