    I found a lesson plan of the seven different things to do as far as leadership very concise. I would like to hear more from you from the website and leadership cuz they can be used in the profession or what I do thank you need more of your leadership from the army thank you bye

    At the end of planning, the "how" should be answered as well.... you left the "how" out at the 2:40 mark of the video. The "how" is the concept of operations or simply called the CONOPS. Additionally, risk is defined by all activities not under your immediate control. These should be identified in every stage of planning/replanning. When they are identified, they should be labeled as accepted, avoided, transferred, or controlled. Depending on how the risk is labeled will drive how it is managed.
