    I had no idea fermentation for raw vegetables was so simple. Really. I know how very beneficial fermented foods are for our bodies (gut health), and I am happy to see you teach and demonstrate it.

    Thank you for explaining! Ive heard of dilly beans but never understood what they were. I cant wait to try it with my beans this year! Im new to all of this- growing food, preservation...everything lol. I appreciate your teaching!

    Curious if you could taste a difference in the dehydrator/sun dried beans. I have beans strung up drying now. I was considering using the dehydrator cause it's faster. Great ideas 💡 👍 Thank you

    After you ferment do you take spring thing out of jar? Does that lid prevent the jar from exploding??

      Yes, when the ferment is complete, you remove the spring, you can put a regular lid on, and place in the refrigerator. The cold stops the fermentation process almost completely. Yes those little vents on the lids are to keep the jar from exploding from pressure. Thanks for watching!
