Andy is probably a Top2 OC along with Stein at Oregon.
No doubt Penn St offense will be much improved, However
if you look at what made Kansas special offensively it was having a
dynamic QB who could throw on the run, waggle the pocket, be accurate
from within the pocket but also be a legit threat on designed runs and RPO etc
This imo is the weak link for Penn St, I think Allar is pretty good but I don't think
he's a great fit for this scheme. Penn St schedule is relatively soft this year.
I don't expect them to do any damage in the CFP, they would need a favorable
matchup to win a CFP game and advance.

We’re about to be a playoff team. They were slinging the ball around in 30+ mph wind, I’m not taking nothing away from it besides our defense will be good once again
