Glad to see you like El Valle de Antón. There are all kinds of hotels and hostals. You could go to Los Mandarinos which in my opinion is the best place to stay. You could go also to Golden Frog which has good food too. El Valle is my refugee during weekends, I practice mountain bike and hiking there. It is a special place where you can breath tranquility. You will not find too much noise and parties like Coronado. You can also practice 4x4 and motorcycling. All the best.
There is a new Hotel site in the highest part of El Valle Nomada Republic, and try Restaurante las Nubes, but make sure you have a car or take a taxi.
By the way, did you see the India Dormida? (Sleeping Indian?)
