"Paddle quicker. I hear banjos." Excellent! The link in your comments section for Simon's channel comes back with a "This channel does not exist" message. I enjoyed the video, and look forward to the next part. Thanks for sharing.
‘Wicked’ hahaha! You did well to get that edited so quickly - well done sir! Amazing video, you captured the essence of the trip perfectly! Thanks buddy - great trip, great company!
Hi, Nature Bound shared your video and I'm glad he did I realy have enjoyed it from the river to the wildlife, and not so wildlife lol the cows were funny. I enjoyed the video so much I to am sharing it and looking forward to watching more 😄 the blue grass music was a great choice my friends.
Great vid Andy mate, some great footage. The young cows are very curious mate. The young cows in my local field are fascinated by my dog when we walk past them. Thanks for sharing Andy. Atb Sconja 👍
Thanks mate.. I loved it, 10 hour days on the water was hard towards the end but worth every minute, think I have the bug.. shame I don't have the room for my own though
That was very enjoyable fellas. Lovely summer colours, sounds and sights. River could do with a drop more water to make life easier but hey ho. Enjoy boys. ATB Moose...... p.s. "ok, yeah, out of shot, lol"
Camping with Canoes and Kayaks is a real passion of mine. Amazing the amount of wildlife you can sneak up like Platypuses and Lyrebirds. More videos like this would be great!
I really enjoy viewing yours & Simons companion adventures as well as your individual journeys. Best wishes on all your adventures. Safe travels & God bless. Cheers from America USA 🙏🏼⛺️😎
Well done ! Canoeing was an excellent addition to the channel ! Hope to see more and I'm still waiting on more truck scenes lol . Your a great inspiration and relaxing to watch as well . Hope your doing well and Keep it up !

Andy I think you did really well mate It's really cool being out on the water. Plus you didn't get wet . Bonus! Looking forward to part two. Cheers my friend.
Kent Survival Ah I've fallen in various water courses many times. Not great at doing safety. I don't mind that part. It's just the general operation of canoes I don't get in with, I've never had a non infuriating experience with one. Also, while I'm still fat bastard I used to be a lot worse and that never went well with them either, not good for balance unless you've got an all fat bastard crew and then you just sink :D
Great video Sir! New sub glad I stumbled onto the channel. I though for a minute that river was going to come out into GNARNIA!! LOL. And the I Hear Banjos!! Classic funny stuff!! Thank you. Big E
Really enjoyed that. Meandering river, a wild camp - that's the life! Have started experimenting with a Lixada wood burner msyelf. Handy little item. Thanks for the post.

Hey Andy ..Love the way you have to bow to Mother Nature...every now and then! Must have felt good to set up camp...and feel the openess of that field after being SWAMPED .all day..(difficult breathing through your nose..i know this one when camping this time of year) I think you may employ a drone soon.....what say thee?

I saw a video from Damien on his “ Fellwander “ channel and it was so amusing to watch. The water was to low and he ended up pulling it instead of riding . Then he had to inflate his inflated canoe every fifteen minutes or so but he has such a sense of humor he turn it almost like a comedy. Love him and his channel .
Thanks buddy.. im not sure about the canoe.. Simon may mention it in his load out video from last week, if not, leave him a comment when his trip video is up.. sure hell happily fill you in on the details :)
When I saw the canoe and the banjo playing (yep you guessed it deliverance) it puts a different aspect to wild camping but looks like you enjoyed it till the hey fever started, I think it would be better if you had a continuous river instead of having to keep on lifting the canoe in and out of the water hard work different video but still enjoyable thanks for sharing ♠

Hi, Andy - from Wisconsin! Nice little quiet river! You should have used those cows as pack animals ( lotta luck with that) - ha, ha! Love the banjo music, but pucker your bum and paddle faster! - - As always, stay safe (nice to see you using your life jackets). - - - - An Armchair Adventurer
"At times on quiet waters one does not speak aloud but only in whispers, for then all noise is sacrilege." - Sigurd F. Olson That looks like a cracking little river to paddle along, I don't think I've ever seen 'Portage' signs on a UK river before, certainly not down here in the west. Apparently we'll be meeting on the moor in a week, see you there :)

I have a bad relationship with canoes so I'll just live this one vicariously through you Andy :D
haha, oh dear :p did you get wet? I loved it, was a great experience
Kent Survival Ah I've fallen in various water courses many times. Not great at doing safety. I don't mind that part. It's just the general operation of canoes I don't get in with, I've never had a non infuriating experience with one. Yeah that's boss! Pity Kent is a bit naff for paddling, but I reccommend the tidal Medway for some isolated island stuff.
Thanks mate, I wish I had a canoe... yeah, love the medway, my friend has a boat up river, very nice.
Nice collaboration Blokes!
I love your presentations
cool paddle adventure gentlemen. i was going to ask if you had a video upload from your instagram post the other day. you didn't look out of breath carrying the canoe around, bravo. lol...i'm also subscribed to mr bloke. he's a skillful gent. right on bud, can't wait to see part 2. cheers brah.

I saw a video from Damien on his “ Fellwander “ channel and it was so amusing to watch. The water was to low and he ended up pulling it instead of riding . Hi Andy, great video, looking like a great adventure! What's the make of the canou? Looks like it's got compartments for things on it.
Thanks buddy.. im not sure about the canoe.. Simon may mention it in his load out video from last week, if not, leave him a comment when his trip video is up.. sure hell happily fill you in on the details :)
Hi Weekend Wildcamps! It’s a ‘Waterquest 14’ , but please still pop over and watch the video when it’s up haha! Atb, Simon.
Thanks for watching buddy.. no squealing.. unless you count me trying to breathe in that field haha
That was so enjoyable ty for the videos
Thank you :) Glad to hear that you enjoyed it, I sure did
Nice one buddy too much hassle for me though lol 👌
Thanks buddy :) the hard work was well worth it
You two, together are so much fun to watch.

Really nice stretch of river there.
That English river would be considered a big creek here in the States.
Rich, looking forward to episode 2 --loved the "Cow Portage" Lmao
Thanks Jeff... them cows were the best haha, I want one.. though id probably eat it
Well you guys definitely use canoeing etiquette!... How civilized in a slowingly increasingly uncivilized world.. Thanks....oh I have watched the bloke already it is interesting the ever so slight different nuances .. like the beaver activities.. I didn't see that in the bloke's reel... thanks again...
Awesome, thank you
This is awesome. Looks like it was alot of hard work aswell, carrying that canoe and setting up/collecting the cameras etc.
Thanks David.. It was indeed haha, but well worth it
This was a good video.thnx.
Thank you Jeretta
Hi, Andy - from Wisconsin! Nice little quiet river! You should have used those cows as pack animals ( lotta luck with that) - ha, ha! Love the banjo music, but pucker your bum and paddle faster! - - As always, stay safe (nice to see you using your life jackets). - - - - An Armchair Adventurer
lol, not a bad idea.. that canoe was getting heavier every portage haha
Would love to see some fishing action

That looks like a cracking little river to paddle along, I don't think I've ever seen 'Portage' signs on a UK river before, certainly not down here in the west. Apparently we'll be meeting on the moor in a week, see you there :)
I havnt seen the signs before either but I might have just not noticed I guess :/ Yes.. out on the moors soon mate.. looking forward to it :D
SUPER!
Thank you :)
That sure is a lot of work toting that canoe around, no rivers there continuously flow?
And from my personal canoe experiences, and plz no offense, heavier in rear, lighter in front has always been common knowledge for canoe floating...maybe its a folk tale, LOL, great vlog! Cheers!
yeah, quite a few portages on this one.. I don't know much about the subject to be honest.. my first trip but the skipper is at the back on steering duty haha
