    I'm a beginner hooper and love your tutorials! I was wondering if you have any tips for when the hoop falls from your waist to your hips how to get it back up? I watched your how to get it up video but I'm still struggling haha. Any advice? Thanks so much!! Love your videos!

    Great tutorial ive been working so hard w ghosting techniques and sometimes I nail it then I bomb it. Usually trying to go the opposite way. Very helpful

    Hi Deanne, I can't do ios I think that my hoop is too heavy. I have only been hooping for 6-8 months.Do I need to make a hoop that is lighter weight? thanks again, so much for all your help! Sending love!

    My grip always get stuck and I can't just my hands to glide. Should I use the wax moodhoops sent me with my hoop to help with this?

    I love this but I'm having issues with the current hoop I have. It's 39" and has grip tape and is regular (not polypro)...I think my hoop is too big for this and the grip makes it nearly impossible and also fries my hands because the grip constantly rubbing against skin. 😞

    I used to be able to hoop now that I'm older I'm trying to hoop and I can't get it I have a hoop that goes up to my belly button so it's big enough I just can't keep it going..any suggestions

    Is it weird that I watched one video of a hooper and picked off all these moves just by watching a video? Or are most people just that much of a quick learner.
