Can you elucidate more? My hand always gets stuck, and is it possible to do it only with one hand?
I love your lessons! How big is the hoop you use in this one? :)
Hi Deanne, I can't do ios I think that my hoop is too heavy. I have only been hooping for 6-8 months.Do I need to make a hoop that is lighter weight? thanks again, so much for all your help! Sending love!
My grip always get stuck and I can't just my hands to glide. Should I use the wax moodhoops sent me with my hoop to help with this?
I love this but I'm having issues with the current hoop I have. It's 39" and has grip tape and is regular (not polypro)...I think my hoop is too big for this and the grip makes it nearly impossible and also fries my hands because the grip constantly rubbing against skin. 😞
Love it!!
Thank you!!!!
Got it THANKS. What size Hoop is that?
It is a 35" polypro
do you isolate just in one direction?
can you film from behind?
I used to be able to hoop now that I'm older I'm trying to hoop and I can't get it I have a hoop that goes up to my belly button so it's big enough I just can't keep it going..any suggestions
hi.. what size of hula you're using :D
This is super confusing. Been trying to get it down for awhile
Is it weird that I watched one video of a hooper and picked off all these moves just by watching a video? Or are most people just that much of a quick learner.
