Judge illegal meeting without Defense grounds for mistrial.
That judge is not denying that meeting.
The judge needs to be removed.

It’s gonna be a mistrial. The judge in the prosecution did illegal activities. That job will be disbarred. Don’t you get it all his people said they’ll be a witness against him and now they’re plead the fifth, but the witnesses don’t cooperate there is no case.
That witness was under oath. What they did by meeting behind the defenses back was wrong. If that judge thought what he did was nothing wrong with it he wouldn't have got so mad.

Judge meeting with the DA and a witness withOUT the Defense is crazy!!
The crazy part is the witness was already sworn in and has testified, so there was no reason for the judge to be questioning him with the prosecution and without notifying the defense.
They threatened the witness.
Remove the judge.

BS from this broadcast, you can't have an ex-parte meeting without all those involved being present, regardless of which court reporter was present. The contempt charges are BS period. This is a mistrial.
