I Was making Pizzas in Ybor City Tampa across the street from Masquerade. Mushroomhead was playing later that evening and I was getting out early to watch one of my favorite bands at that time. Not five minutes later Jeffrey Nothing walks in with his wife and little daughter. I ended up making them a pizza, serving the pizza and getting balcony seats for the show that night. He was amazing I sat with them for about ten minutes and he telling me about his upcoming album. I can go on and on but i will finish by saying I had a GREAT time and I will never forget thier music and Jeffrey for being so cool.
I was at a show at Peabody's many years ago, had a great conversation with who I thought was a random dude in the crowd out in the smoking area. Guy went on his way & some other guy comes up to me & says "you know you were just talking to Skinny, right? Don't get too drunk at a show. You might miss something lol

That’s Funky!!! How in the world did I miss these cats, when I was at their sound check at a festival. I heard them playing individually and, couldn’t wait to hear them! Stood my dumb ass in front center of the stage, and as soon as the 5 chord was smacked, I was in a mosh pit!! Anyway, I swung ,shoved , took cover and made it out. I was shook, because I never been in a pit. I walked away got to my car and drove home, my mind was so shook, I couldn’t understand the music.

Sometimes JMann brings up a lot of subject on the duality, by bringing up pop-culture references of H.Solo, but yeah. But I'm talking about the bigger picture. Songs like The Wrist, Solitaire Unraveling and many of them have great, just simply great lyrics. Many of them usually don't have a single swear word in them, which is kinda surprising for a metal band. But yeah, it's all about appreciation. Actually, English is still a foreign language to me, so you, as a native speaker, and your appreciation about it, must also be equally right.

It's interesting hearing JMann's voice from the older albums, and how much different it is to the new stuff. His voice used to be deeper, but now it's got a more raspy tone and slightly higher pitch, however he can still deepen his voice for some spots.

This is a band that really grew on me over the years. I hated them when I heard them when I was younger but now I seem to think they are much better than I rememebr them. I recall hating this song and now thinking damn this was a pretty good song now.

This is a band that really grew on me over the years. I hated them when I heard them when I was younger but now I seem to think they are much better than I rememebr them. I recall hating this song and now thinking damn this was a pretty good song now.

The record after this..i think its called Xiii..is pretty hard..im a fan since 2000..and i recently listened to that whole record...its fast..and righteous and the butterfly has some fast and powerful songs..solitaire is still a top song from them though!!!
