The chord you play there is an E/G# chord, it’s an E maj chord with G# in the bass.
On electric guitar I play 4 on the low E string and 7 on the A string.
On acoustic guitar I play the same thing adding 6 on the D string, 4 on the G string, 5 on the B string and 4 on the E string.
