    Ingredients:
    50 gr Vegetable oil
    60 gr Milk
    65 gr Cake flour
    4 Egg yolks
    Vanilla essence
    4 Egg white
    65 gr Sugar
    * Preheat oven and bake at 150°C for 60 minutes

    Hello! I'm interested to try this recipe. Also, I want to know is it ok to bake the cake with water in the oven? Because the water will evaporates and the oven will fog up. Is it safe to use electrical oven with that baking method?

      Hi 👋🏻 I’m sure that is ok to bake cake with water. The water will be evaporates but not the same as boiling water. And for safety, I recommend to read the oven manual 🙂

    Can I use a mixie to get the meringue as I don't have a cake mixer?

      Hi 👋🏻 you can use whisk to make meringue
