The Penguin Suit is the most superior of all the power ups. Having frog, blue shell, and ice flower combined into one makes it a huge advantage to any plumber who manages to find one. Forget your golden flowers, ignore mini powers, the Penguin suit is the way to go.

Smm2 confirms how Bowser.Jr get 400 coins as his weekly allowance. So that means he gets about 4-5 extra lives in one month which is why he keeps coming back after you kill him in a boss fight.
