Now 13 years later i got the chills watching it again. for some reason i bought rct3 again on steam, and inmidaly thought about this video. iam 20 years old now, and still dont know how you buld such a good park or how you even add custom parts in to the game. Thanks for a good part of my childhood and a good memory unlock (btw iam dutch, i can talk enlgisch realy good. but my grammer is so aids as a monkey)
Haha looks a little like the Dallas zoo Here in Texas! The parrots in the entrance,.. The food court... The ferris wheel... And the monorail !! Good job . :D
Roads were made using the asphalt texture and then CS path covers for the sidewalks. The stalls are standard custom stalls with CS counter covers. You have to have Platinum for the custom stalls.

Yes, you can watch them do their work. You can set the park entry fee to be whatever you want it to be. I usually set mine to $0 for sandbox parks. In sandbox, you have unlimited money so it doesn't really matter.

Not sure which houses you're talking about. If it's the bear enclosures, the panda house is made from stock paradise bamboo walls. The polar bear enclosure is made from a Belgabor snow set. The cars are from a Eletigna's New Street Elements set.
There are Handymen that sweep trash off the paths, empty trash cans, water flowers and a few other duties. The Maintenance worker inspects rides to keep them from breaking down and fixes rides when they do break down. Everyone has a job to do. Without them, rides would break down, trash would pile up and the peeps would become unhappy real quick.
I love you zoo! When you can please send a park download link with a folder containing the billboard inserts and a readme with a list of custom scenery needed. Make sure the readme tells where to put the folder with the billboard inserts!

If you wanted this, you would have to have wild. Wild has the animal enclosures and everything. To download this one, you would have to have BOTH EXPANSION PACKs. My billboards.... I don't really need them. You can make a good park without them, and my computer works fine. I'll get a fix when I'm ready.

Have you ever tried Planet Coaster or Planet Zoo from the developers of RCT, Frontier? Seems up your alley, considering the amount of realism you put into your parks.
Depends on how much detail you want to add and how big you want to make it. I could build a decent park in a week or two depending on how much time I have each day.

When you put in a balloon stall, go to the selling options and you can select what type of balloon to sell. It may be an option in Wild. I have Platinum.

Find a set you want to use, download it, save it to C->Program Files->Atari->Roller Coaster Tycoon3->Style->Themed and it will show up in your folders when you play the game.
If you're asking about how to do the parking lot, all I can say is a little custom scenery and a lot of creativity. (Wait until you see the parking lot at the park I am currently working on!)

I assume you're talking about the monorail supports. They are CS called Curtis Rohdes Monorail beam supports.
I have Platinum which has both Soaked & Wild. I use the in-game recorder.

Try it in sandbox mode. As Crankycaz said, not all animals will always be available in career mode.

Not sure why you don't have them. I have RCT3 Platinum. Does deluxe include both Soaked and Wild? Maybe that's it.
