  • Months ago i made a rainning cabinet vivarium & as I was reading the comments many viewers wanted me to make it much bigger like the size of a wall. This rainning terrarium wall has passed a week now and plants are looking healthy. I'll post an update after a few months.
    the main concept of this project is to bring nature home in smaller scales.
    having such miniature landscapes not only add beauty to your living scapes, also the visual effects like natural light or FLOWING water, help reduces stress levels and improve moods.
    do comment or message me on Instagram if you have any questions regarding the process, I would love to answer your questions.

    Somebody finally did this! The acrylic and foam was a facepalm moment for me; I did a small(ish) moss wall in a far more complicated way in order to protect the sheet rock behind it from ANY dampness. I also take it off the wall to mist it. My concern with this project is that ANY leak, no matter how tiny, even small sustained splashes off the leaves, seem like they will cause mold. Please do update us; this is quite beautiful, and if it can be done safely, I might try it myself.

      now we wait for the 6 month/1 year video, because this is risky af. For the house, I mean, not for the plants

      @@akiraic true, humidity stonks will ruin walls. Please dont do this indoor. do in glass enclosure or outdoor 😂

    • @akiraic
      @akiraic День назад

      @@Nutamago you can do it indoor, but you need a hell of a ventilation and good wall insulation/painting. Usually a stone wall is nice for this, the problem is the ceiling as humidity tends to rise, specially if it's a drywall material

    Such a bad idea! The humidity/moisture is going to cause mold all through the house.
