it's not direct comparison. BF has 2 inner strip and PF has 3 inner strip. Definitely the PF strips holds better. I have not tried PL but Breathefree does work for me while having blocked nose.

I have sinus problem and tempted after watching peak flow aggresive marketing. But I was wondering as I tried the breathe right before and no effect. Thanks for this video, saved me some money

I used breathe right, mainly to keep my specs in place :-). So it did help my breathing,

For me, i use Breathe-Free nasal strip during my first HM. Yeap i can feel the difference . Its like openup a highway on my nose 🤣 getting much more air 😆 havent tried peakflow . Anyway nice review man! First to review nasal strip 👍🏻🫡

I did talk with someone using nasal it, works for him because his nose nasal intended to close when breathing, so it’s help.
