This is my favorite series on the channel. Maybe it’s because I’m in my mid 30s and am nostalgic for old RUclips but these videos are the best. My first kiddo just started school as well. Life sure goes by fast.
I absolutely love these types of videos. I used to have talks like this all the time with friends but now they all just play live service stuff and im called the boomer/weird one for wanting to talk about what single player games im playing through.
Mullet Mad Jack indie sleeper hit of 2024 imo. That game is amazing. I feel you on the multiplayer gaming. I’m 5 years older than you and as I pushed further along MP games lost their luster. I think a big element of MP for our segment was in person MP via LAN which all but lost in modern gaming. Plus all of my fiends are spread across the continents now, even doing a scheduled online session is difficult across timezones and speed of light (or copper mux) limitations. Love this series as a game jumper myself! I’ve been making more effort to finish games I start in from 2023 into 2024. It’s not bad but my ADHD screams in wants to randomly explore other cool game for several hours sometimes.
Got Space Hulk: Deathwing - Enhanced Edition for dirt cheap on Steam sale and played through it with my two brothers. It's ok Warhammer 40k coop shooter. Some Slay the Spire in addition to that lately.
In MUA What you are playing looks like the remaster not the 2006 version. What mod is that? Nevermind, I just installed the OCP, the 50 roster hack and the Modern interface and got the same look

Cyberpunk phantom liberty is one such game that made me cry.

You can disable upscaling by setting the percentage to 100
That’s still using DLAA though. And doesn’t get rid of their sharpening effect
@@lostsaves Gotcha. Yeah the sharpening is way overdone. I saw a mod that supposedly helps but haven't tried it out yet.
