Kolin S series inverter start up

This Aircon replaced priviosly installed Carrier Window type Aircon back in 2017. Cuz one in my room was an older Carrier window type and swap the remote model in my room cuz the older one is very noisy. Anyway my mom got this Aircon from christmas 2016. Now this aircon’s filter has not been cleaned months ago and does not cool better

Yea, the compressor goes high speed on start-up. After 1 hour it goes quietly.
