    What do you think about the housing market in Falls Church? Do you think the prices are going to continue to increase? When do you think that the market will calm down in the area and will become a buyers market instead of a sellers market?

      Thank you for your question. Falls Church SFH and TH market is just as competitive as everywhere else. Condos market is not as crazy. There are plenty of condos available.
      It's very hard to predict when the market will calm down. I don't see any slow down simply because of the limited inventory. It will approve once the interest rates start going up.

    what are your thoughts about the market this April? Im in Ashburn and want to buy in Goosecreek Village North. Should I bid over asking price?

      It's tough to be a buyer now. We still get contracts accepted but you have to go aggressively on Earnest Money Deposit, minimal to no contingencies, quick closing, and free rent back if needed.
      On average Ashburn goes about 7-10% above the asking price.
      2 new properties are coming on in Goosecreek Village. Did you see them?

      @@northernvirginialiving yes I did see them. Is that 7 to 10 percent on townhouse as well?

      @@itguru2037 I talked to one of the agents who is currently under contract on one of the homes at TOWNES AT GOOSE CREEK. It wasn't very competitive as the rest of Ashburn.
      They had to go over less than 5% over asking. It also appraised at the contract price.
      7-10% over generally goes for townhouses and single-family (up to 15% over asking).
      The condos (townhouse style) market is still very manageable with about 5-7% above asking.
