Hello! It is saying that when I try to remove the Cache folders, it is saying that a file is open in it, but I don't have anything open. Please help!

This usually means that Discord is still open. Is it perhaps running in the background?
Then you would see it at the bottom right when you click on the arrow with the hidden icons.
However, if you are sure that Discord is closed, restart your PC once and clear the cache first thing after booting up. If in doubt, you must first remove Discord from the autostart so that the program has not already opened.
