Honestly, you’re a natural at playing to the strengths of the game (foliage, rocks, roads, paths and assets) rather than trying to force a stereotypical beach build. It looks tropical, welcoming, great place to visit. I’ll have to add this to my city, rather than endless empty sand.
Overcharged Egg is like a benevolent god making things fun and pretty for his tiny worshippers.

Great vid. Incredible detailing on this one. Turning this end of the beach into more of a rocky coast line looks so good as a natural area and also to support zoning in the area. Loved the way you unapologetically stripped out the janky high density residential.
This was the episode i was so excited about and just realized I never finished watching it after my power went out last month. :) I spent so many hours trying to get something even remotely looking good or realistic and you create this amazing work of art!

Wow. Just....wow!! This inspires me to try a beach themed map again, and attempt to recreate what I see all the time here in NJ. Those long grasses from the CC pack remind me of dune grass, which I grew up seeing paired with nature reserve fence and that combo just makes me so happy. I posted pics in the discord one day, don't know if you saw them, I can repost if you'd like to see. We also had huge rock jetties that went out into the sea, sometimes called groins, but they divided up the beach and were filled with sealife and were great for creating a surf break for the surfers, and fishing holes for the fishermen. Excellent detailing, I can tell by how fast the time lapse was that it took you a really long time to do all of those finishing touches. Wonderful video AS ALWAYS!!! ❤
The beach looks great. First time iv seen a beach build with this much detail. Absolutely love the pathway between the rocks. Your by far the best at detailing landscaping.
Glad to see the London eye it's my favorite asset in the game.

Honestly this is an awesome looking beach front. Considering that it's vanilla it's even more amazing. I can imagine that you wished to have surface painter and move it in a few of those places. Gotta say anytime I played on this map this beach would just go to waste, but you've used it in a very aesthetically pleasing way.

I liked your comment about the tallness of seafront/beach assets and how there’s a big climb to get into them. They are ridiculous. I hate to think how people get the jet skis down to the water from so up high - throw them?!
Amazing! I tend to be a perfectionist on how I build but it seem like letting your imagination run create beautiful cities. Also, how did you get high FPS?
noticed that the taxis cant get to the taxi stand since it's a two way road at that point and every other roads are one way. anyway looking good as always!
How are you able to scroll to pick what you want to place?
How are you connecting areas that need power? What fire building are you using? I suppose a lifeguard station could work if there is one, is that what you used? It's hard to see.

The London Eye is rotating the wrong way. It should be counter clockwise from the entrance (same side as the two support frames).
No sea side dlc ? I’m happy with the sea side resort

How have you unlocked all the unique buildings? I can't yet get the Official Park or the London Eye (2 airports needed for this one)
Unique building unlocks are tracked to your profile. I have unlocked them in other Cities which is why they are available for me here. You'll need to meet the criteria for each or use the unlock all uniques mod if you're on PC :)

I've noticed that you particularly hate the growable building assets from the Art Deco community content pack. You may wish to simply disable it.

Sooo I'm in the minority here, for the beach build maybe a beach boardwalk would be more realistic (if that is the goal) also take a look at. ruclips.net/video/Go5cfISkD3U/видео.html.
It gives a great breakdown of how a major city kept a big green space to it downtown area and how a pier was developed.
So yeah, boardwalk and a pier. You could even do a cable car route that connects the people from the botanical gardens, to the beach front.
Ugh. The ugly cliffs whenever you place the building, the lack of people bathing. You did the best you could with the vanilla game (and honestly mods don't even help much here while adding a heavy maintenance job), but I find it gross that this game gives you beaches without any means to make them functional and realistic-looking.
The worst thing is that the only mod that allowed you to disable the flattening under a building, Building Anarchy, has been dead for a long time.
